Börsen-Zeitung: „There are several factors that speak in favour of N.V.“
In this anniversary year – the German Stock Corporation Act is 60 years old – there is little cause for celebration. This is because German stock corporations have lost some of their appeal. A study conducted by Deutsches Aktieninstitut in cooperation with the law firm White & Case concludes that stock corporations are in danger of falling behind foreign legal forms such as the Dutch N.V. (Naamloze Vennootschap). Henriette Peucker, Chief Executive and Member of the Board of Deutsches Aktieninstitut, and Dr Alexander Kiefner, partner at White & Case in Frankfurt, provide an overview of the existing challenges and proposed reforms.
