A new cost regulation for shareholder services, but not at any price
We would appreciate a new cost regulation that sets an appropriate reimbursement rate for intermediaries for shareholder communication and identification. The legal clarity gained would enable standardised billing of intermediaries' expenses, thus avoiding unnecessary costs for the parties. However, a new cost regulation must not result in the companies liable to pay being obliged to make a disproportionate payment.
