Aktieninstitut Calls for a Coherent Policy for the Savings and Investment Union

Listed companies are interested in deep and broad capital markets and in practice-proof, uniform and coordinated supervisory practices. These are the core messages of this position paper, which responds to a consultation by the EU Commission on aspects of market infrastructure and financial market supervision in the context of the Savings and Investment Union. With these messages we also reiterate on our paper “EU Empowering Europe: Fast-Tracking the Savings and Investment Union” from March 2025.
