Aktieninstitut comments on selected issues of the Savings and Investment Union

As part of its work on the Savings and Investment Union, the EU Commission has announced a package of legislative measures in the areas of financial market supervision, asset management and market infrastructure for the fourth quarter of 2025. A consultation with numerous detailed questions prepares theses measures. In our response to this consultation we advocate, among other things, the simplification of bank advice, higher investment limits for investment funds, greater importance of transparent trading platforms in equities trading and better coordinated and practice-proof financial market supervision.
