In its statement, Deutsches Aktieninstitut advocates that the European Parliament and the Council promptly conclude the ongoing review process of the delegated acts to simplify the EU taxonomy. This is the only way to ensure that companies can take advantage of the simplifications contained in the delegated acts for reporting in 2025.
