The European draft directive on supply chains overshoots the mark (in German)

German companies are currently in the process of implementing the requirements of the national supply chain due diligence law, which is to be applied from 2023. The EU has now presented a draft directive for an EU supply chain law. New, far-reaching requirements are emerging here that clearly go beyond the national law.
