The extensive catalogue of duties of listed companies (in German)

Under capital market law, companies must fulfil comprehensive transparency and compliance obligations. In doing so, they must also keep an eye on current regulatory developments, such as the planned EU Listing Act. Our Capital Markets Law Conference on 23 February 2022 provided orientation and impulses for listed companies in this regard.
