EU Sustainability Reporting Standards: highlighting concerns on complexity, prioritisation and proportionality

The members of Deutsches Aktieninstitut and its French partner association afep follow closely the developments on the future EU Sustainability Reporting Standards and are highly concerned about the working documents released so far by EFRAG’s Project Task Force on European Sustainability Reporting Standards (PTF-ESRS). In this regard, the presidents of both associations Mr. Laurent Burelle, Afep, and Dr. Hans-Ulrich Engel, Deutsches Aktieninstitut, sent a joint letter to EU Commissioner Mairead McGuinnes highlighting concerns on complexity, prioritisation and proportionality.
