Employee share defies Corona, war and inflation (in German)
Employee share programs are an attractive and secure way to build wealth: 87 percent of employee share plans generate an annual return of at least five percent over ten years. In more than half of the plans, employees can look forward to a return of over eleven percent. Background information on the Employee Share Yield Triangle
The Employee Share Yield Triangle is an initiative of the management consultancy hkp/// group, which specializes in strategic HR management and corporate governance advisory, in cooperation with the Deutsches Aktieninstitut and the AGP Bundesverband Mitarbeiterbeteiligung. Using the freely accessible web-based platform, employers and employees can simulate the framework conditions and details of employee stock ownership programs at www.mab-renditedreieck.de and determine corresponding performance trends. Aspects such as annual investment, holding periods, type of plan (matching/discount), matching ratio or amount of discount and tax allowances (matching/discount and capital gains) can be flexibly set. The tool thus maps all parameters relevant for employee participation. The current version includes all DAX, MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX companies.
