Future Financing Act II provides positive impetus for the capital market

We welcome the draft bill of the Future Financing Act II and the objectives associated with it. In our statement, we propose further reform steps to support an improvement and a reduction in bureaucracy of capital market financing. We advocate changes to the German Stock Corporation Act, the German Securities Prospectus Act, the German Securities Trading Act, the German Act on Special Court Proceedings for the Review of Corporate Actions (SpruchG), and the German Stock Exchange Act, as well as a lean implementation of the ESAP regulation into German law.
