GoingPublic: Get involved rather than just watching

Employee share schemes are often the first step for staff towards a broadly diversified share investment portfolio. However, unlike in other countries, employee share schemes are hardly widespread in Germany, writes our Head of Think Tank Dr Norbert Kuhn in his guest article for GoingPublic. To make this investment vehicle more attractive, he recommends extending the 28th regime to include employee share schemes with deferred taxation.
