Heilbronner Stimme: Stock investment pays off

In her guest article for the Heilbonner Stimme entitled "Stock investment pays off", Dr. Christine Bortenlänger, Managing Director of the Deutsches Aktieninstitut (German Stock Institute), reports on the attractive yield opportunities of a long-term and broadly diversified stock investment. She emphasizes the importance of investing in equities for long-term asset accumulation and private pension provision. She also addresses the fact that price declines, such as those we saw in 2022, are put into perspective in the long term with broadly diversified investments, and that low prices also offer opportunities. Exchange traded funds (ETFs) in particular are very good at representing this broad diversification into different sectors or even regions.
