No new reporting requirements through the back door

In light of the public consultation on the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), we urge that the reporting requirements of the SFDR do not go beyond the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the EU Taxonomy. We also propose that the European Commission set up a working group of banks, investors and companies. In this group they can clarify which sustainability data is really relevant for investment decisions.
