Position paper on the revision of PRIIPs presented

We have generally welcomed the European Commission's proposal to exclude bonds with "make whole clauses" from the scope of the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation (PRIIPs). Bonds with such clauses are not packaged products. However, in order to create general legal certainty, an exemption for all corporate bonds would be more consistent.
