Short study "The implementation of the Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes" (in German)

Implementation of the LkSG requirements is taking place at all levels in the companies concerned. In order to determine the current status and the most pressing issues facing companies, Deutsches Aktieninstitut, together with Deloitte, conducted and evaluated a brief survey of companies listed in the DAX 40, MDAX and SDAX.  The survey asked about organizational responsibility for implementation within the company, the implementation of risk analysis, complaint reporting systems in accordance with the LkSG and the individual challenges faced by the respective companies. Regarding the latter, the companies emphasize the resource requirements (workload, time, capacities, costs) and the determination of the relevant supply chains.
