Simplification of the written form in company law desired

We welcome the discussion initiated by the Federal Ministry of Justice on the exemption from written form requirements in company law and are in favour of reducing them. The prerequisite is that these lead to simplification in practice and that legal certainty is maintained. For example, we are in favour of a written form for the casting of votes by supervisory board members and against manual signing.
