Update Wirtschaft from 15.01.2025

On 15 January, our Chief Executive Officer Henriette Peucker spoke to Melanie Böff on Update Wirtschaft about what we can learn from the structure of shareholders and how the slight decline in the number of shareholders can be explained. The number of people holding shares, equity funds or ETFs has remained stable at over 12 million for five years. However, it would be encouraging if more people took advantage of the opportunities offered by the capital market, particularly with regard to private retirement planning, and if politicians provided the appropriate impetus.
