Zukunftsfinanzierungsgesetz aims to strengthen the capital market in Germany (in German)

The draft bill of the Zukunftsfinanzierungsgesetz, published today by the Federal Ministries of Finance and Justice, provides important impetus for strengthening the German capital market. Deutsches Aktieninstitut particularly welcomes the modernization of stock corporation law and the tax improvements for employee share ownership and capital-forming benefits.
