Handelsblatt: Capital market experts call for comprehensive reform of public limited companies
There are two developments that are alarming Deutsches Aktieninstitut, an industry association of listed German companies: a growing number of German companies are opting to list outside Germany. In addition, the number of stock corporations is shrinking – in the DAX, for example, only two-thirds of listed companies still use this legal form.
