In an interview with Radio France, Dr. Franz-Josef Leven, Deputy Managing Director of Deutsches Aktieninstitut, spoke about the proposal of the German Council of Economic Experts. In its annual report, the Council proposed that every child from the age of 6 until the age of 18 should receive 10 euros a month from the state in the form of a fund share.
