The Capital Market in Germany is becoming more attractive (in German)

The German Bundestag today passed the Future Financing Act. It will come into force at the beginning of 2024 if the Bundesrat also approves it. The law points in the right direction. It makes
investment in shares and German stock corporation law a little more attractive for companies. In order to strengthen the capital market and the equity culture in Germany, it is imperative that further steps
must follow, emphasizes the Deutsches Aktieninstitut.
