Draft law for virtual AGMs fails at the public hearing within the German Bundestag (in German)

The hearing of experts on the introduction of virtual general meetings took place today in the Legal Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag. It once again made clear that the draft law on the introduction of virtual general meetings entails considerable legal uncertainties and risks for companies. The majority of the experts therefore called for amendments to the draft law.
