ESG has arrived in the companies (in German)

Sustainability, with its facets of environmental, social and governance (ESG) has reached the everyday life of listed companies. The shift towards sustainable management has left the strategic level and is influencing the business policy. However, companies' willingness to change goes hand in hand with a desire for greater international coordination and a sense of proportion, according to the study "Companies in the Transformation Process - Challenges and Opportunities of Sustainability" published today by Deutsches Aktieninstitut and the law firm Hengeler Mueller.
