Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive must tighten up value chain (in German)

Ahead of the Legal Affairs Committee's vote on its position on the draft European supply chain law (Corporate Sustainabilitiy Due Diligence Directive), Deutsches Aktieninstitut appeals to the European legislator to narrowly define the law's value chain. Such a limitation is important so that companies can address potential risks in their value chain in a focused manner.
