Going Public: Employee Shares Pay Off (in German)

The rising numbers of employee shareholders in Germany show that there is growing interest in investing in one's own company, emphasizes Dr. Norbert Kuhn, Head of Corporate Finance, in his guest article in Going Public magazine Special Mitarbeiterbeteiligung. Nevertheless, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Even if tax relief for employee shares, as proposed in the Future Financing Act, is the right way to go, there is still room for improvement to fully exploit the potential.
