Klaus-Dieter Sohn heads the Legal Department at Deutsches Aktieninstitut (in German)

Klaus-Dieter Sohn has been the new Head of the Legal Department at Deutsches Aktieninstitut since 2 May 2022. In his new function, he strengthens the capital market law expertise of Deutsches Aktieninstitut with its more than 200 member companies and is concerned with legal developments for capital market-oriented companies at national and European level.
