Virtual Annual General Meetings: Missing the practical mark - revision urgently needed! (in German)

The draft law on the introduction of virtual general meetings introduced by the Federal Cabinet does not stand up to a practical test and urgently needs to be improved, demand the Deutsches Aktieninstitut together with BDI, Bitkom, BUJ, DIRK, GDV and VCI in a statement. The digitisation envisaged by the German government needs legal certainty.
