Strengthening the performance of the capital market with the Future Financing Act (in German)

The draft of the Future Financing Act was adopted by the German government today. Aktieninstitut welcomes the fact that significant improvements have been agreed compared with the draft bill, particularly in stock corporation law and the framework conditions for employee share ownership.
